Bob went absolutely above and beyond for my roommate and me during an incredibly stressful situation involving mold and moisture issues throughout our apartment. From the very beginning, he treated our concerns with genuine care, professionalism, and urgency, and we could not be more grateful for the support he gave us.What stood out the most was how willing Bob was to take the time to actually educate us. He walked us through the situation step by step, explained what proper mold mitigation should look like, and helped us understand the process so we could make informed decisions about our home and our belongings. When you’re dealing with something as overwhelming as mold in your home, it can be incredibly difficult to know what questions to ask or even where to start. Bob made that process feel much less intimidating.He also personally came out to perform moisture readings, helped us identify areas of concern, and connected us with someone who specializes in professional mold testing. He never made us feel like we were bothering him or asking too many questions. I had the most fabulous asbestos experience because of Bob and his team. Such a funny way to put it, but that’s what I was telling everyone the whole week after my remediation. Bob and his team were incredible at identifying the problem, explaining the process, preparing me what to do, and the execution of the work was incredible to see. While the work was being done every single person on the team was very pleasant to interact with! High recommend StinkInc for your environmental needs!

Bob and his crew were very responsive and did a very professional job of cleaning and disinfecting a rodent situation in a closet in our attic eaves. I highly recommend them.

I called asking for help taking down insulation and the plastic covering in our basement which had been destroyed by 2 squirrels. It was so nasty! The guys came, hung a barrier up and took it all down then sprayed a disinfectant on everything. I was so happy to have it out of my basement. Now if only we could stop the squirrels from coming in! StinkInc did a great job on a home we were renovating for resale. The cat damage was a big concern and Bob described the process and necessary steps thoroughly during the few weeks it took to get to an odor free result. I especially appreciated an unmarked truck to be discreet in the neighborhood where the work was being completed. Bob consistently checked in on satisfaction and any questions we had along the way. There is no masking of smells with perfumes . The odor was mitigated and it smells clean!

Hired Bob and his team to remove asbestos siding on a house we were remodeling. Quality work, reasonable pricing and overall a good experience. Looking forward to working on future projects.

Delighted! Bob responded to a call on Saturday afternoon to remove a dead deer from my yard. He removed it on Sunday morning. His price was a third of what someone else quoted. Our city requires dead animals be incinerated, so the price was entirely fair. I’m tremendously relieved because dead animals decompose quickly.

Bob and Stink Inc were invaluable during a multi-month cleanup and rebuild process. From strategizing the best way to proceed, to helping organize with the insurance company, their work was exceptional. I hope we never need him again but if we do it would be a no brainer. We discovered a mold issue during our final walkthrough with less than 24 hours before closing on our home, and it was one of the most stressful curveballs we’ve dealt with. I had an unwelcome critter (raccoon) get into my attic and nested. I was referred to Bob @ Stinkinc and I was very glad I was. Bob is very transparent and professional. The workers were great! Got right to work and took careful precautions to seal the area to be cleaned. Did a fabulous job and were in and out within two days! Highly recommend them for cleaning up mouse droppings and bodies!
